Rafi Amit | Chairman
Rafi Amit, the visionary founder of the Priortech Group, has been leading the company since day one, with exactly the same energy and enthusiasm. In parallel, he has held and still holds various senior positions in all of the group’s companies, where he is actively involved in the development, production, and sales processes. Rafi has nurtured and supported generations of capable executives who will carry the subsidiaries into a very bright future, making the most of market developments, opportunities, and the demands of the global economy. Today he serves as Chairman of Priortech, CEO and Chairman of Camtek, and Executive Director of ACCESS.

Yotam Stern | CEO & Board Member
Yotam has a unique long and comprehensive understanding of the entire food-chain of the electronic and semiconductors industry, being one of original members of the Priortech team. He served as Chairman, CEO, and CFO of PCB Technologies Ltd. up to November 2018, when Priortech’s stake in the company was sold. In addition, Yotam has held the positions of CFO (until the NASDAQ IPO) and Business Development Manager at Camtek.

Dror Ozeri | CFO
In parallel with his Priortech role, Dror is the co-founder of CFON, a firm providing financial advice and consulting services to startups, private and publicly traded companies, individual investors, and more. He was previously engaged as an independent financial, business, and tax expert, consulting for the hi-tech, industrial, commercial, and real estate sectors. A CPA and attorney-at-law, he is also a partner in Sirius Capital, a consulting firm serving companies and entrepreneurs in the area of life sciences.
At the beginning of his career, Dror worked for three different accounting firms, Zvi Raz and Co., Deloitte, and a firm which later merged with PWC. He completed his legal internship at I. Amihud Ben-Porath Law Offices. Later, he acted as an independent director at Greenergy Renewable Energy, appointed by the court to supervise operations and BOD activity during the liquidation process of its parent company. He has also served as Senior Partner at Bioassociate, a firm that manages private investments in marketable securities of pharma and biotech companies traded in the US. In addition, Dror has been CFO at Lenox Investments, Nisko Electricity and Electronics, and Ofek International Real Estate, all listed companies.

Sharon Dror | Director
On the board of Priortech since 2017.
Commencing October 2020, CFO of Xsight Labs Ltd, a fabless semiconductor startup company headquartered Israel promoting the vision to re-architect the foundation of cloud infrastructure by delivering a broad portfolio of products that enable end-to-end connectivity.
He was previously VP Corporate Controller at Teva Pharmaceuticals (TLV: TEVA); CFO at Marvell Israel, part of the Marvell Technology Group LTD (NASDAQ: MRVL); and Controller at Galileo Technology Ltd. (NASDAQ: GALT).

Jonathan Regev | External Director
Jonathan has been on the Priortech board since 2018. He is also a board member at such notable companies as Poalim IBI (TASE: PIU), a leading Israeli underwriter; YSB – Yaacobi Group, an infrastructure, traffic technology and environmental technologies group (TASE: YAAC) ; and Aran Research Development & Prototypes Ltd. (TASE: ARAN), a major Israeli product design and development firm active in the plastics industry.
Currently, Jonathan is primarily involved with CicadaVoice Inc., the company behind the “Socks with a Voice” brand, at which he is a co-founder. He previously served as COO at Phinergy Technologies, which provides metal air energy solutions, and as CEO at ABnet Communications, part of the Rad-Bynet Group, a software and technology distributor. He has also held the positions of CFO at Oblicore Inc., active in the area of KPI Management Software, and both CEO and COO of Amdocs’s CRM Division in Silicon Valley. Prior to these roles, he worked for Nilit as Deputy CFO, for the Strauss Group as Corporate Economist and Controller, and Tadiran Appliances as Head of Industrial Control and Finance.

Linda Benshoshan | External Director
Linda brings extensive business experience to the Priortech board and also sits on the boards of such prominent companies as Migdal Insurance & Financial Holdings Ltd., Energix-Renewable Energies Ltd., Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., and MRR Thirteen Ltd. She was previously Partner and IRO at Forma Real Estate funds (Europe), Independent Director at Israel Discount Bank Ltd., Chairperson at Discount Trust Ltd., Chairperson at Discount Provident Funds Management Ltd., and Partner and CEO at Hadas Arazim Group Ltd.
She also served on the board at Alony Hetz Properties & Investments Ltd and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (Investment Management).

Ira Palti | Director
Ira brings to Priortech’s Board extensive managerial and Board expertise, as well as a deep industry and market understand serving on Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT) President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2005 and as a Director since June 2018. From January 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Palti was Chief Executive Officer of Seabridge Ltd., a Siemens company that is a global leader in the area of broadband services and networks. Prior to joining Seabridge, he was the Chief Operating Officer of VocalTec Communications Ltd., responsible for sales, marketing, customer support and product development. Among the positions he held before joining VocalTec was founder of Rosh Intelligent Systems, a company providing software maintenance and AI diagnostic solutions and one of the first startups in Israel.
Education: Mr. Palti received a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science (magna cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University.
